GR Christian Training & Conditioning







The Eagle Football Speed-Strength program is based on MOVEMENT. Our goal is to create players that move efficiently on the football field while being stronger, powerful and fast.  Our training program is broken down in cycles throughout the year so that our players maintain a level of athletic strength and conditioning necessary to perform on the football field.

One of our goals is to prepare players who have a desire to play at the collegiate level in a way that increases their work ethic, competitiveness and drive, crucial for success on the college gridiron.  Below is a snap shot of part of our off-season program that focuses on speed, strength, power and agility training.
